1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only if the restaurant has not started preparing the food.
• Once food preparation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be provided in the following situations:

• The order was charged but not delivered.
• You received the wrong order.
• The order was missing significant items.
• The order was cancelled by UpKaTadka due to unavailability or operational reasons.
• A duplicate payment was made for the same order.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after placing the order.
• Incorrect delivery address or contact information provided by the customer.
• Failure to receive the order due to the customer being unavailable.
• Minor differences in food appearance, packaging, or taste preferences.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are generally initiated within 3–5 business days after approval.
• The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed payment method after verification.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with:

• Your Order ID
• Photos of the received items
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
